The treatment of drinking water by ionization dates back to the 1930s. Even then, especially in Asia, scientists were researching a way to treat drinking water.

Here, therefore, is an explanation of how the ECAIA ionizer S works:

First of all, tap water is subjected to filtration, that is, it is purified from harmful substances by passing through the ECAIA Filter No. 1 and then through the ECAIA Filter No. 2. The purified tap water then passes into the electrolysis chamber, where it is treated, precisely, by electrolysis. Seven special electrodes in the ionization chamber split water into two parts: one part, alkaline, which has an excess of electrons (active alkaline water, catholyte) and one part, acidic, with a deficiency of electrons (oxidized acidic water, anolyte). Through electrolysis, and the consequent restructuring, the water acquires particular characteristics, similar to those of body water. It becomes, among other things, alkaline, antioxidant and assumes a structure with very small clusters. In short, to ECAIA water.
